Job Opening: Graphic Designer
Are you a creative Graphic Designer with a strong eye for detail and an interest in fashion and e-commerce? We’re looking for someone who can translate Rosendale’s story and values into clear, elegant visuals across our online store and marketing.
Responsibilities
• Design clean, user-friendly visuals for our website, including banners and product imagery
• Create visual content for social media, email campaigns, and online advertising
• Ensure all visuals align with our brand identity and storytelling
• Work closely with Anne and Laurelle on concepts and turn ideas into effective visual designs
• Maintain consistency across all visual touchpoints
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within fashion or e-commerce
• Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• A good eye for typography, color, layout, and composition
• Detail-oriented and organized way of working
• Comfortable working with deadlines and managing multiple tasks
• Clear communication skills and openness to feedback
• Portfolio with recent and relevant work

Job Opening: Retail Sales Associate
Do you enjoy helping women feel comfortable and confident in what they wear? Are you someone who values honest advice and personal service? Rosendale is looking for a friendly and reliable Retail Sales Associate for our boutique.
You’ll play an important role in helping customers find pieces that suit their style, body, and everyday life.
Responsibilities
• Welcome customers and offer personal styling and fit guidance
• Help customers find the right sizes and combinations so they leave feeling confident
• Keep the boutique tidy and ensure collections are presented clearly and thoughtfully
• Support daily store operations, including restocking and basic cashier tasks
• Answer customer questions in-store, by phone, and online in a warm and helpful manner
Requirements
• Previous experience in retail, preferably within fashion
• Strong communication skills and a genuine customer-first mindset
• Interest in women’s fashion and an understanding of fit and comfort
• Enjoy giving honest, thoughtful advice
• Flexible availability, including weekends or busy periods when needed
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a small team
